A Coin Witness

A Testimony from a Fellow-Member

One of our members, who prefers to go unnamed, shared a recent experience at McDonald's. He had asked the Lord to use a coin he had in his possession to share a Christian witness. It was a special coin. Engraved on it were the words from Matthew 7:13, 14: Enter in through the narrow gate...only a few find it. Two young Africa-American men were ahead of him, waiting for their order. While they were in line, our fellow-member pulled out his coin. The young men asked what was written on it. He shared the words of Jesus. There was no reported conversion right then and there; however, an impression was assuredly formed. Someday, these two young men may possibly bear witness of faith in Christ, once begun while waiting for a hamburger at McDonald's.
